How do you feel about joining the uStudio team?
“I am very excited to join the uStudio team at this point in its journey. The private podcasting market is exploding, and the team has built the best product sitting on the industry' most robust, enterprise-scalable platform. We have a great base of customers who have validated the product is meeting their needs by renewing and expanding their SaaS subscriptions multiple times, and interest from new prospects in Communications, Sales Enablement, and Learning and Development roles expands daily. I look forward to the opportunity to work with this team to grow uStudio and continue to exceed the expectations of our ever-growing customer base.”
What is it about podcasting that excites you?
“Podcasting is more than proven in the consumer world as a great means for distributing and consuming content. Gartner’s proclamation of the “Consumerization of IT” in 2005 marked a trend of enterprises embracing the proliferation of personal devices and translating consumer behavior into workplace norms. Podcasting is now making that transition into the enterprise. It is revolutionizing the ability for organizations to engage all employees in direct methods never possible before.”
What is the biggest challenge as enterprises adopt this new medium?
“Like anything new, there are always skeptics that can slow the development of podcasting programs. Enterprises must be willing to challenge the status quo and make the investment to assign people, create compelling content, promote that content, measure its performance and build continuous improvement cycles. We are there to help in that process, enabling our customers to deliver significant business results. Organizations are finding there is a large ROI in driving increased employee engagement through our podcasting platform.”
We are delighted that Alex has chosen to join uStudio and are confident he will be a great asset in overall executive leadership. As always, the uStudio team is here to support your podcasting and internal communication needs and answer any product or industry questions you may have. Contact us today.
