Ace chose to expand their use of video to offer far more engaging user experiences.

We are excited to officially announce our partnership with Ace Hardware. Today, Ace is using uStudio’s video platform to drive its sales training processes. More than 4,800 stores and 70,000 associates are receiving sales presentations and best practices through the use of video. The goal of the video training program is for every sales associate to engage with customers more effectively and deliver on Ace Hardware’s brand promise – “Being the most helpful hardware stores on the planet.” Ace Hardware has built its brand reputation on the highest standards of customer service, and we look forward to supporting them in continuing this tradition by developing the next generation of sales associates.
