Today, we’re proud to announce that the largest real estate company in the world — Keller Williams Realty International — has chosen to standardize on uStudio’s video platform to deliver a new generation of training and coaching, marketing and sales enablement, and agent support initiatives.

Keller Williams has more than 700 offices and 132,000 associates across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. The company has long been recognized as an innovator among its peers, particularly in the areas of learning and development. In 2015, Training Magazine named Keller Williams the No. 1 training organization across all industries.

Video has and will continue to play an vital role across Keller Williams’ business. As an early pioneer of using video for business advantage, KW has a growing list of enviable stats. For example, KW agents using the company’s video-based programs conduct on average 88 percent more transactions than agents who don’t, resulting in upwards of 40 percent more commission.

“Video isn’t something we do in addition to our business, it’s a core part of our business,” said Byron Ellington, chief learning officer, Keller Williams. “When we look at performance metrics, we want to know if we’re growing in terms of the agents who choose Keller Williams, and if we’re helping those agents grow their own business. Video helps us move those metrics – from communicating with recruits and other agents, to connecting them with buyers, sellers and past clients.”

Keller Williams will be using our interactive video players to create more immersive, two-way video experiences as well as our asset management, content management, video distribution, hosting, live and application integration software modules. We look forward to seeing them push the limits of what’s possible.

In addition, as part of its commitment to the uStudio platform, KW will join our Video Leaders program which highlights breakthrough business executives who are investing in the use of video for competitive and operational advantages, while also demonstrating material business returns. As always, our mission is to bring Video Leaders stories to you, offering inspiration, insights and ideas for how you can ‘do more with video’ in your company.  Stay tuned to our blog to learn more about KW’s growing video success.
