2019 was truly a transformative year for uStudio, with major customer wins and significant product expansions that led us to the next level of success. We are happy to say we are responding to this growth by adding some additional leadership to the uStudio team!

We are thrilled to have recently welcomed our new VP of Customer Success, Kelly Grey, to the uStudio team. We know Kelly, and her team, will help clients drive the most value through their partnership with uStudio and make their private podcasts the best they can be.

“The expansion of our team will allow us to continue building out the features of our secure podcasting platform in response to a growing roster of global companies. We are excited to have Kelly on board,” Jen Grogono, CEO of uStudio said.

Most recently, Kelly led the Global Client Success Enablement practice at Bazaarvoice, empowering a best-in-class group of Client Success professionals, from onboarding through continued development. Kelly had previously managed Enterprise Client Success teams at Bazaarvoice, overseeing the delivery of word-of-mouth programs across a broad client base.

Prior to joining Bazaarvoice, Kelly spent over 15 years in direct and digital marketing working with brands to develop cross channel initiatives including digital advertising, social media plans, and brand loyalty programs. She often speaks on the subject of online consumer behaviour.

Kelly’s addition to uStudio has rounded out our executive team - a group who has background and leadership experience at Spiceworks, Solarwinds, OnNetworks, and more.
