Manage your own playlist on Mobile

We’ve made it easier than ever for mobile app users to discover, save and return to important content with our new Playlist feature. End-users are now able to add, remove, reorder and play episodes all from their curated list.

Self-curation of content makes it much easier for users to stay up to speed on the episodes that matter to them, while also keeping track of important content they need to reference regularly.

The new Playlist feature is accessible through the My Library menu and Playlist tab. Content can be added to playlists from the Show screen by clicking on the ( + ) icon next to the episode or from the Episode screen by clicking on the ellipses (...) on the top right. Once a Playlist is created, users can easily reorder or remove episodes.

 

New Push Notifications Icon & Prompt

In an effort to enhance how push notifications are used across business users, we’ve added a few important updates. First, there’s now a bell icon on the “follow button” to more explicitly let users know that by following a show, they will be notified when new content becomes available. Second, we’ve added another ‘Allow Notifications’ prompt when a user elects to follow a particular show. This feature enables users to have another opportunity to set up notifications, increasing episode reach to the audience. Third, we’ve updated the language of the prompt to further inform users what action they are taking and why. Mobile app users can also manage notifications permissions on an in-app settings screen.
