AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Video platform leader uStudio today announced Keller Williams Realty International, Inc. has chosen uStudio as its global video platform to create and deliver the company’s next generation of industry leading training and coaching, agent support and marketing and sales enablement programs.
Keller Williams is the world’s largest real estate company with more than 700 offices and more than 132,000 associates across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. In 2015, Training Magazine named Keller Williams the No. 1 training organization across all industries.
Video continues to play an integral role across Keller Williams’ broad suite of sales enablement, marketing and training programs, which caters to each stage of a real estate agent's career. Agents using the company’s video-based programs conduct on average 88 percent more transactions than agents who don’t, resulting in upwards of 40 percent more commission.
“Video isn’t something we do in addition to our business; it’s a core part of our business,” said Byron Ellington, chief learning officer, Keller Williams. “When we look at performance metrics, we want to know if we’re growing in terms of the agents who choose Keller Williams, and if we’re helping those agents grow their own business. Video helps us move those metrics – from communicating with recruits and other agents, to connecting them with buyers, sellers and past clients.”
“Because uStudio is a flexible, API-centric platform, we can rapidly scale and easily add new ideas and innovation to our video infrastructure and applications across our agents and offices worldwide,” continued Ellington.
Since 2004, Keller Williams has generated many thousands of videos, managed through a combination of internal and external point solutions and video players. With uStudio, Keller Williams will consolidate and standardize its video technology onto a single platform that enables everything from media asset organization, transcoding and metadata management to live and on-demand video publishing and syndication, next-generation interactive video experiences, and 360-degree audience measurement. This will allow the company to accelerate its video-based initiatives, while reducing the time and expense related to video technology management.
“Industry innovators like Keller Williams continue to demonstrate the value of building video into core business operations,” said Jen Grogono, CEO of uStudio. “We are fortunate to work with Keller Williams’ video leaders across their media and business teams to support their award-winning programs worldwide.”
