Show Embeds let you place your entire show of audio or video content directly into the tools your employees already use, like SharePoint, LMSs, CRMs like Salesforce, and sales enablement tools. Once the embed code is placed, the show lives inside that application, always up to date, and a dynamic promotion that immediately engages your audience with fresh content.

Think of it as a new distribution channel that brings secure, personalized learning into the everyday flow of work. 

Just like an employee’s profile travels with them between the uStudio mobile and desktop apps, that same continuous profile is leveraged and synced across Show Embeds. This seamless identity ensures that every play is authenticated and retains proper content-level restrictions, and the user’s play progress is synced across apps. It also means that your streaming program "gets credit" for every embedded play which gives administrators confidence that all engagement is counted and attributed.

What About Existing Embeds?
Existing public or private embeds will continue to work exactly as they do today. Authenticated Show Embeds are an additional option for teams that need tighter access control. You can mix and match embed types based on the use case, audience, or sensitivity of the content.

Does this require a new authentication setup?
No. It uses your existing enterprise SSO configuration used with your uStudio Podcast Application..

Can we embed this into SharePoint or our LMS?
Yes. If the platform accepts HTML embed codes, it works.

What happens if someone shares the page externally?
The content will not load unless the viewer is authenticated and permissioned.

Can this be tested before rollout?
